Key Duties and Responsibilities: The Learning and Development Assistant will be responsible for:
  • Ensuring training programmes/solutions run smoothly
  • Ensure cost effective implementation of training plans
  • Compiling learner performance and evaluation training reports
  • Ensuring and planning for refreshments during training
  • Ensuring effective training record keeping
Qualifications, Skills and Experience: 
  • The applicant should hold a degree in Human Resource Management or its equivalent
  • At least three years’ experience in training in an industrial setting
  • Past experience in a Training environment will be an added advantage
  • Should be self-motivated, result oriented, ethical, and a good team player.
  • Excellent spoken and written English language and computer skills.
  • Highly innovative and work with minimum supervision.
