development aimed at sustainable improvement of the livelihoods of rural and peri-urban
households in Uganda.
Financial Administrator is responsible for all administrative and operational
support activities. The incumbent must ensure that all operations comply with
the company’s fiduciary regulations and that all reporting processes are in
line with the requirements of its investors/financiers. The jobholder will also
actively support operations by developing and implementing comprehensive
financial, personnel administrative and internal control procedures, and provides
sound, reliable, and timely guidance and input on all finance, personnel and
office administrative matters related to the company’s operations.
- The
candidate should possess a degree in Business Administration or equivalent
qualification; - Seven
or more years of progressive experience in administrative positions in
social and/or commercial enterprises; - Excellent
track record in developing and managing administrative and operational
support systems including internal control external financial audits. - Skills
in organization and management principles, human resources administration,
financial accounting and internal control and office management, are
required.
