Care Officer

Care Officer will be responsible for
all customer relations, ensuring that their expectations are met, and all
complaints satisfactorily attended
to in time. S/he is also responsible for the quality control of all the services/products that SGUL offers to its
customers at all times.
Responsibilities:
- Formulating and implementing strategies to
ensure customer retention and
attending to customer complaints
timely - Ensuring quality products and services are
offered to all customers - Updating and maintaining customer database
for regular follow up and regular client visits. Supervises branch
activities (CRM) - Ensuring professional corporate image is
maintained and supervises/administers all CSR activities - Ensuring that ISO procedures are followed,
oversees and promotes total quality management systems in the company - Assisting in the identification of
inefficiencies and non- compliance with set standards in line with SOP’s
and ISO - Actively coordinating the regular
management reviews of total quality management systems
Experience:
- The candidate should hold a good
University Degree in a Business related field - Three or more years’ experience in a
similar position in a private security firm or related industry. - Computer literacy skills
- Driving skills
- High team ethics
- Good presentation and effective
communication skills - Possess the ability to listen, diagnose
issues and prescribe solutions - Good coaching and mentoring skills
- Good bargaining and negotiation skills
