Job Summary: The Business development manager will
assist the General Manager in strategy development, implement marketing and
sales activities, perform business analysis and direct the extension services unit.
The incumbent will be required to manage teams and build capacity where needed.

Qualifications, Skills and Experience:
- The
ideal candidate should hold a good Bachelor of Commerce, Bachelor of
Business Economics or similar. - A
minimum of five or more years’ experience in business analysis, business
development, marketing or sales - Past
exposure and experience managing teams and building capacity - Past
experience dealing with customers/clients - Computer
literacy i.e. proficient in Microsoft office programs (mainly Excel, Word
and PowerPoint - Significant
experience in the forestry sector management is desired - Great
exposure to supply chain management is an advantage
