Resource Officer (10 Career Vacancies)
- Handling and verifying information related
to recruitment, salary changes, personnel statistics and job analysis. - Drafting letters of appointments,
promotion and confirmation. - Assisting in assessing terminal benefits
like pensions and gratuities. - Collecting data and other vital statistics
relating to recruiting and training. - Processing staff relations and welfare
matters. - Responsible for staff relationships and
welfare matters. - Interpreting orders for collective
agreement for recognition and negotiations between management and staff. - Advising on disciplinary procedures.
- Perform any other duties as may be
assigned from time to time.
Experience: The Human Resource Officers should be Ugandans who hold Honours
Bachelor’s Degrees in either Social Work and Social Administration or Human
Resource Management or Public Administration and Management or Business Studies/Administration/Commerce
(Management/HRM Option) or Arts or Social Sciences or Development Studies or
Management Science or any other relevant equivalent qualification with
HRM/Personnel Management as one of the course units from a recognized University/Institution.

subsequently shortlisted for oral interviews shall be required to present
certified copies and originals of their academic transcripts and
