Job Summary: The incumbent
will mainly support the provision of administrative support services e.g.
logistics to IT vendors/suppliers during the implementation of IT projects

Key Duties and
Responsibilities:
Responsibilities:
- Keep accurate record of IT project
documentation - Work closely with IT suppliers to obtain
logistics requirements for projects. - Assist in ensuring adequate provision of
all IT project logistics requirements. - Assist in scheduling meetings with user
departments as required during IT projects. - Assist in monitoring service levels with
internal and external suppliers. - Act as an interface between user
departments and IT vendors/suppliers. - Work closely with Finance department to
ensure prompt payment of outstanding vendor/supplier’s invoices. - Attend team/divisional/departmental
meetings as required. - Offer guidance and manage the performance
of subordinates (where applicable) - Compile and prepare/compile agreed
periodic activity and performance reports for the attention of the
Manager, IT planning and Projects. - Perform any other duties as assigned by
the Manger, IT planning and Projects.
Qualifications, Skills and
Experience:
Experience:
- The applicant should hold a degree or
equivalent in a relevant discipline. - Two or more years in similar job roles is
required
