- Achieve weekly and monthly sales targets.
- Actively participate in and assist with
product launches. - Visit clients to demonstrate use of
products, services and take orders. - Achieve maximum sales profitability,
growth and account penetration within an assigned territory/market
segment.
Experience:
- The candidate should hold a university
degree in a business related field. - A minimum of two to three years experience
in a sales environment, preferably in the FMCG environment. - Strong understanding of customer and
market dynamics and requirements. - Extensive experience in all aspects of
customer relationship management. - High level of integrity.
- Possess the ability to work successfully
both autonomously and as part of a team - Well presented, driven and can think on
your feet! - Excellent interpersonal skills.
- Good reporting and ability to work under
time pressure deadlines - Computer literate with strong administrative
abilities.
