Job Summary: The Group Loan
Officer is primarily responsible for the formation of solidarity groups,
training of the groups, assessment and appraisal, Loan processing, credit delivery
and ensure quality portfolio on loans delivered.

Experience: :
Experience: :
- The candidates should hold Diplomas or
University Degrees from recognized institutions – in the following areas –
Education, Commerce, Social Sciences, and Business Administration. - A minimum of three years’ experience in
the microfinance sector. - Computer literacy skills i.e. Proficient
in various technologies (i.e. MS Office, excel, email). - The applicants must be willing to expound
values of honesty and commitment to the target market.
