International Medical Link (IML) is the fastest growing Health Management Organization (HMO) in Uganda offering Medical Insurance, Connecting Patients to Specialists locally and abroad, conducting home spraying and fumigation services. The bulk of the operations however are in the field of Health Insurance.
Job Summary: The Marketing Executive will be responsible for sales management, promotions, customer care and client relations, product development, market research, new product development & pricing.
Key Duties and Responsibilities:
- Conduct sales management of IML Medical Insurance Products
- Actively promote IML Medical Insurance and other products
- Achieve agreed sales targets in line with the business’s objectives
- Service existing accounts, and establish new accounts by planning and organizing daily work
- Conduct market research necessary to determine how to promote services effectively, how to develop new products and how best the new products can be effectively priced
- Conduct research and report on new or potential opportunities and clients
- Responsible for customer relationship management and engagement
- Actively promote innovation necessary for new product development and efficient ways of doing business
- Build and maintain relationships with clients by providing support, information, and guidance
Qualifications, Skills and Experience:
- The applicant sh0uld hold an Honors Degree from a recognized university Remunerations
- At least two years in a sales, marketing or related position in a medium-sized organization
- High degree of creativity
- Skills in Client Relationships, Emphasizing Excellence, Energy Level, Negotiation, Prospecting Skills, Sales Planning
- Ability to work independently
- Good oral communication and listening skills, Networking
- Good selling /influencing skills and Presentation skills
