- Obtain and verify client information by
telephone. - Quickly and cordially respond to customer
queries by telephone. - Enter client information in the Call
Centre’s database system. - Report any malfunctions of the Call Centre
system to the Manager.
- The Call Centre Agents should hold
diplomas from recognized institution. - At least two year’s experience working in
a Call Centre. - Fluent spoken and written English.
- Ability to communicate in Luganda.
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Word and
Excel. - Excellent professional telephone behavior.
- Ability to effectively work in a team.
- Ability to deliver results.
- Ability to undertake tasks without being
told. - Ability to gain a sense of satisfaction
from serving others. - Knowledge of another local language other
than Luganda.
