Dealers/Retail
now seeks to recruit on behalf of its valued Client, a key player in the
Manufacturing Industry.
- Identifies business
opportunities by identifying prospects and evaluating their position in
the industry; researching and analyzing sales options. - Sells products by
establishing contact and developing relationships with prospects; recommending
solutions. - Maintains
relationships with clients by providing support, information, and
guidance; researching and recommending new opportunities; recommending
profit and service improvements. - Identifies product
improvements or new products by remaining current on industry trends,
market activities, and competitors - Compiles and prepares reports
by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information. - Maintains professional
and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops; reviewing
professional publications; establishing personal networks; benchmarking
state-of-the-art practices; participating in professional societies - Submit weekly/monthly
sales report to Top Management - Develop/Maintain
strong relationship with new/existing client network - Travelling and
creating new tie ups with the Dealers/Retailers - Responsible for negotiating
and closing sales by agreeing terms and conditions - Meeting regular sales
targets - Making technical
presentations and demonstrating how a product will meet client needs - Providing pre-sales
technical assistance and product education
Experience:
- A minimum of five or
more years’ experience handling Dealers/Retail Sales in
building/construction materials: Roofings/steel, cement, paint, industrial
lightings. - General business and
management experience - Strong strategic skills
and proven leadership profile - Valid driving licence
for Motorbike - Exceptional
interpersonal skills - Highly motivated,
self-starter, high energy, positive and inspiring
Confident, self-assured, participative management style - Excellent communicator
in both written and spoken word - Strong strategic and
planning skills
