Job Summary: The Relationship
Manager will build and maintain good working relationships with our Partner
Hospital and Clinic to ensure delivery of quality health care to the
satisfaction of members. Member satisfaction is the source of the existence of
IAA-Resolution and the source of staff and shareholders benefits. In this
respect, delivery of quality health care to members is of utmost importance.
Key Duties and
Responsibilities: 
  • Recruit providers to our network to
    maintain flexibility and negotiate effectively with providers to ensure
    their charges are within IAA-Resolution tariff.
  • Audit the existing Partner Hospital and
    Clinic network to ensure that IAA-Resolution protocols are adhered to.
  • Routinely train Partner Hospital and
    Clinic and specialists on IAA-Resolution protocols ensuring that we have
    good Public Relations with their personnel;
  • Through training and retraining manage
    claim dispute levels at below 3%, to be the first point of contact to
    doctors, hospitals and clinics on dispute resolutions;
  • Update and maintain Partner Hospital and
    Clinic contracts and update contacts both physically and in the management
    information system.
  • Organise Public Relations activations to
    enhance client relationship in coordination with the Brand Manager ,attend
    all Partner and Clinic functions to ensure that IAA-Resolution is updated
    on changes;
  • Responsible for the reconciliation of
    Partner Hospital and Clinic accounts to ensure payments are done in a
    timely and efficient manner in liaison with Finance Department.
  • Compile and present a monthly management
    report on Partner Hospital and Clinic activities.
  • Perform any other duties assigned by the
    country Manager or the Provider Manager.
Qualifications, Skills and
Experience: 
  • The applicant should hold a Diploma in
    Nursing or Clinical Medicine
  • Managed care certificate desired
  • Five or more years’ experience in managed
    care in a large modern hospital
  • At least two years experience working in a
    Health Management Organisation setting in a senior Managed Care Position.
  • Computer literacy skills i.e. working
    knowledge of MS Office especially Excel
  • In-depth knowledge of care and health
    management
  • Excellent interpersonal skills
  • Superb communication skills
  • Excellent negotiation skills
  • Excellent analytical skills
