Job Summary: The Supervisor
– Group Loans will take lead of the portfolio of Group Loans in Premier Credit. The incumbent will be responsible for approvals,
refinement and monitoring of this product within the institution.

Qualifications, Skills and
Experience:
Experience:
- The candidate must possess a Degree in
Social Sciences, Economics, Education, Accounting or Financial Management. - Five or more years’ experience in a
reputable MFI, three of which should be at the level of Assistant/Branch
Manager. - Past experience in supervision of Group
Loans officers will be an added advantage
