• Work closely with the school directors and Head teachers to ensure schools comply with organisation’s policies and procedures regarding child sponsorship in the allocated region
• Ensure liaison with the sponsorship team, school administrators, children and parents from time to time
• Report any concerns of sponsored children/parents to the sponsorship coordinator
• Regularly monitor and report on enrolment, attendance and performance of the sponsored children in Fields of Life schools allocated to him I her.
• Provide guidance, direction and counselling services to the allocated children/students
• Make sure that the sponsored children receive their benefits as required
• Ensure proper accountability from schools for any resources provided to them under the sponsorship programme
• Assist and guide all sponsored children in writing letters to their sponsors, deliver the completed letters to the Sponsorship coordinator in Kampala office

• The applicant should hold a diploma, and preferably Bachelor’s degree in Social Work, Development Studies, Education or Social Sciences from a recognised Institution
• The applicant should have prior experience in child sponsorship/ child development projects
• Additional training in Counselling & Guidance will be an added advantage
• Possess the ability to speak the local language of the preferred region
• Willingness to stay in the preferred region but with frequent travels to head office
• Ability to work in a Christian environment
