Job Summary: The HR
Operations Administrator will provide Human Resource Operations support to all
employees at the Rwenzori Bottling Company
Key Duties and
  • Preparing and timely submission of
    accurate reports to HR Operations Manager i.e headcount, staff movements,
    disciplinary records, leave, new appointments, FBI, leave and pub beer
  • Maintain employee data in an accurate and
    timely manner
  • Work closely with HR Operations Manager to
    resolve/ action employee queries/ requests as required
  • Offer timely feedback to HR Operations
    Manager and HR Business Partners regarding challenges and opportunities for
    improvement in HR processes
  • Support to the recruitment and on-boarding
    of employees 
Qualifications, Skills and
  • The applicant should hold a Goo University
    Degree in Human Resources Management, Humanities Degree with a PGD in
    Human Resources
  • At least two years’ experience in a
    similar position
  • Past exposure and experience with HR
    information systems
  • High level of integrity and attention to
  • Should have a proactive mindset and work
    under minimum supervision
  • Ability to communicate effectively both
    verbally and written.
  • A good team player
