- Responsible for the Fund’s monthly loan repayment collections from various clients including communicating with them.
- Responsible for interfacing with the Fund’s lawyers and debt collectors concerning delinquent clients.
- Responsible for the Fund’s administrative and operational functions which include office premise maintenance, asset management, bill payments and management, and bank account interface and management.
- Responsible for accurately maintaining the Fund’s accounting records for all financial transactions in Uganda.
- Responsible for developing the Fund’s accounting and collections weekly, monthly and quarterly reports.
- The applicant must preferably hold a University Degree from a recognized institution.
- At least five years work experience in a role or roles that involved acombination of operations, administrative and accounting responsibilities.
- Past exposure and experience working with a financial institution
- Working knowledge of a computerized accounting software
- Knowledge of QuickBooks is an added advantage.
- Computer literacy skills i.e. Knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Possess the ability to effectively communicate in English, with knowledge of at least one local language
- Ability to identify problems, find and execute solutions with minimum supervision.

- Ability to plan, organize and coordinate
- Ability to drive and deliver set results with high standards of excellence in line with the company’s policies and practices
