Key Duties and Responsibilities:
- Oversee and monitor Sales Representatives’
stock levels, requests and disbursements. - Maintain accurate customer records and
conduct data analysis. - Monitor sales deposits made into the
company account. - Ensure proper logistics and supplies’
management. - Ensure timely and accurate preparation of
logistics and financial operations reporting. - Plan, coordinate and monitor employee work
plans. - Ensure effective management of Sales
Representative’s cash sales. - Ensure compliance to financial policies
and internal control systems. - Effective procurement and management of
company products.
Qualifications, Skills and
Experience:
Experience:
- The applicant should possess a good University
Degree from a recognized institution. - At least three years’ experience in an
Accounting related role. - Ability to plan, organize and coordinate.
- Excellent analytical skills.
- Excellent oral and written communication
skills in English. - Working knowledge of Microsoft Word.
- Computer literacy skills i.e. proficiency
in Advanced Microsoft Excel - Excellent reporting skills.
