Key Duties and
Responsibilities:
Responsibilities:
- The incumbent has the of implementing and
driving the sales strategy for the assigned portfolio - Responsible for directly meeting the
business annual revenues for the assigned portfolio of over US$ 3.5MM p.a. - Develop and manage the sales pipeline for
the assigned portfolio - Responsible for the acquisition of new
business through aggressive marketing - Cross functional liaison and
co-ordination, interracting with colleagues within the corporate bank and
other Units including operations, markets, transaction services and
compliance among others - Ensure consistent customer satisfaction
through regular calling and feedback to the Corporate Bank Head - Responsible for credit analysis,
presentations and seeking credit approvals for the assigned portfolio. - Enhancing customer loyalty to ensure
retention of clients - Maintain high control & ethical
standards
Qualifications, Skills and
Experience:
Experience:
- The candidates should preferably hold a University
Degree – 2nd class honours upper division - Past Credit Experience – both credit presentation
and credit analysis - Client Interfacing Working experience and
a good understanding of banking operations and banking products. - Strong Marketing and negotiation skills
- Possess the ability to develop customised
solutions - Excellent presentation skills
- Self-starter, with proven ability to
deliver on stretch goals - Proven ability for project management
- Ability to multi-task
- Excellent oral and written communications
skills - Excellent analytical skills and ability
- High levels of integrity and ethical
standards - High degree of Personal initiative and
Ability to work independently - Excellent interpersonal skills
- Hands-on individual with attention to
details - Computer literacy and good writing skills
- Flexibility: Ability to adjust to
