Job Summary: The Analyst, Network
Infrastructure will be responsible for the installation, configurations and
integration of CLIENT’s IT network infrastructure.

Key Duties and Responsibilities:
- Assist in installing, configuring and
integrating enterprise routers, switches, LAN(s), WAN(s), cabling, etc.,
and provide critical support to end users. - Assist in ensuring optimal performance of
all devices running on CLIENT’s network through proactive tuning and
preventive maintenance. - Assist in escalating incidents to third
party vendors as required and ensure that agreed SLAs are achieved. - Work closely with Finance to ensure prompt
payment of third-party vendors where required. - Liaise with the helpdesk to ensure prompt
issues escalation and resolution. - Maintain accurate and up-to-date records
of previous network issues to help in quickly resolving any similar
incidents. - Collate and prepare appropriate daily,
weekly and monthly activity and performance reports for the attention of
the Manager, Network Infrastructure Implementation. - Perform other duties as assigned by the
Manager, Network Infrastructure Implementation.

Experience:
Experience:
- The applicant should hold a first degree
or its equivalent in a relevant discipline. - One year’s experience in a similar role.
