- Responsible for the co-ordination of development and social impact studies, including managing annual GIIRS rating process and KIT independent baseline evaluations.
- Administration and co-ordination of USAID Technical Assistance facility, including
- Working with Investment Managers to identify TA support requirements for Portfolio
- Ensuring compliance with all contractual terms for the organization’s facility
- Preparation of quarterly TA reports
- Maintenance of TA provider register
- Communication of TA facility to Portfolio Companies
- Development of TA proposals, consultant terms of references, etc. for presentation to the PCP Uganda AACF Investment Committee
- The candidate must hold a good university degree or equivalent professional qualification
- At least five years of progressive experience.
- Excellent Administration/Office Management skills
- Skills in report preparation
- Past skills in Contracts Management and negotiation
- Skills in Donor reporting preferred
- Some experience in Human Resource Management is an added advantage
- Prior Management Consulting/Advisory experience
- Excellent communication Skills
- Excellent spoken and written business English
- Ability to gain confidence of team members and Portfolio company senior Management
- Confidence in dealing with 3rd part providers
- Team work
