Experience:
- The Monitoring and Evaluation Officer
(Warden) should possess a Bachelor’s Degree in any development related
disciplines preferably Economics, Social Sciences, SWASA and Development
studies. Possession of a PGD in monitoring and evaluation will be an added
advantage. - A minimum of two or more (two) years field
experience in Monitoring and Evaluation plus programme management. - Must be willing to travel and work
upcountry on a regular basis. - Ability to work in a team and be prepared
to lead and train others. - Possess the ability to organize and train
other staff. - Excellent communication and analytical
skills. - Computer skills especially statistical
analysis using SPSS, Ms Access, Excel, among others - Statistical Analysis skills, Monitoring
& Evaluation, Capacity Development, Performance Management, Budgeting
& Budgetary Control, Documentation, Information Management, reporting,
oral and written communication; results orientation and self development.
