manufacturing plant located at Luzira Industrial Park, Kampala producing
anti-retroviral drugs (ARVs) & Artemisinin-based Combination Therapies
(ACTs) to combat HIV/AIDS and Malaria respectively. Founded in 2005, it is a
joint venture between Uganda’s Quality Chemicals Limited & Cipla Ltd, a
leading Indian pharmaceutical company.

Key Duties and
Responsibilities:
Responsibilities:
- Conducting dossier reviews and ensuring
that the sourcing of materials and testing is carried out as per dossier - Carrying out product analyses, and
analyses of stability studies - Preparing of trend analyses for water
systems, air handling systems and environment control - Recording and maintaining all
documentation relating to the quality control work for each product batch
Qualifications, Skills and
Experience:
Experience:
- The candidate should possess a Bachelor’s
degree in Science Technology, or Industrial Chemistry - At least two (2) years’ demonstrable
experience in a pharmaceutical manufacturing set up.
