Aikan HR Consultants seek to recruit for their valuable client, Total
Uganda Limited is a subsidiary of the Total Group. Total Group operates in more
than 130 countries world-wide and is one of the major players in the energy
sector.
Key Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Develop, implement and
    monitor the company’s customer service strategy.
  • Develop, update and
    implement the company’s customer service policies and procedures.
  • Oversee and develop
    the customer service team.
  • Manage the customer
    ordering process.
  • Manage the customer
    dispatch process.
  • Manage the customer
    diversion process.
  • Manage the customer
    invoice process including the Card Plus invoicing.
  • Follow up and
    coordinate new projects e.g. COHEIS, Mobile Money, Customer Auto Feedback,
    E-Commerce and Omega projects.
Qualifications, Skills and Experience: 
  • The applicant must
    hold a University Degree from a recognized institution.
  • Additional training in
    customer service.
  • At least three  years’ supervisory experience in a
    customer service environment that involves significant administration
    responsibilities.
  • Possess the ability to
    plan, organize and coordinate
  • Ability to effectively
    communicate.
  • Ability to gain a
    sense of satisfaction from helping or serving others.
  • Ability to work under
    minimum supervision.
  • Ability to remain
    open-minded responding appropriately to the demands of changing work
    circumstances.
  • Ability to work with
    and through teams.
  • Ability to drive and
    deliver set results.
  • Ability to pursue high
    standards of excellence in line with agreed company’s policies and
    practices.
  • Ability to identify
    and provide opportunities that enable others reach their full potential.
  • Working knowledge of
    Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint.
