NFT Human Resource Solutions are customer tailored per industry requirements and are geared towards increased cost savings, process improvement leading to improved efficiency and effectiveness yet simultaneously strengthening quality and control of resources.
Key Duties and Responsibilities:
- The SSD Engineer will mainly negotiate service scope of work with customer, and recognize the customer real requirement and provide competitive service solution.
- Prepare material and register contract in Huawei system.
- Prepare related materials for contract handover.
- Obtain the service solution through internal communication or schedule formal meeting.
- Fully understand Huawei service solution sales qualification process, bid process, and contract process.
- Responsible for service quotation and contract variation process
- Continually consolidate service price book
Qualifications, Skills and Experience:
- The applicant should hold a Bachelor Degree in Telecom Electronics or related field
- At least a year’s service quotation experience or office clerk experience
- Basic understanding on general hardware knowledge and equipped with excellent IT and MS software skills;
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills and ability to establish and maintain cooperative and harmonious working relationship within a multicultural work environment.
- Basic understanding of service sales management processes and general business strategy
- Telecommunication background
- Excellent analytical Competence
- Detail-oriented, demonstrate accuracy in the work performed
- Strong analytical skills
- Goal-oriented, ability to prioritize and make sound business judgment
- With sharp market insight and good sensitivity and ability to judge risks
- Excellent facilitation and presentation skills.
- To be positive and never give up even under hard pressure.
- Ability to work in a team and build up good relations with all projects stake holders.
- Good command of English communication, written and verbal.

- Must be a committed and self motivated individual and able to interact at all levels.

- Must be able to perform other duties as required.
