(“IT”) consulting market, intends to recruit a dynamic and
results-oriented Power Solutions – Product Leader for its IT-enabled Power Supply
and Control products and services, that will be instrumental for the
achievement of their current five-year Strategic Plan.

and Control products and services, that will be instrumental for the
achievement of their current five-year Strategic Plan.
Qualifications, Skills and Experience:
- The
applicants must be fully qualified electrical engineers i.e. possess
University electrical engineering degrees and professional electrical
engineering qualifications certified by Uganda engineering board and Umeme
/UEB certification. - A
minimum of five years’ post-qualification working experience - The
applicant must have majority of their work experience drawn from an
environment in which they have been actively designing and implementing
power supply and control solutions - Past
experience including hands-on experience with off-grid power solutions
using generators, solar energy, bio-gas, batteries etc? - Good
knowledge and understanding of what a Power Audit is, and possess Skills
of doing one - Ability
to sell innovative power supply and control solutions and manage clients - Past
exposure and experience in power solution financing and business case
building? - Past
experience in marketing power solutions - The
jobholder must have led a professional product team of two or more, for at
least two years - Be
a self-starter who can demonstrate initiative, creativeness, vertical
thinking, analytical, presentation, communication and selling skills
