- Plan and formulate audit programmed for
the functional audit program for the financial audits to be executed in
line with the internal Audit Charter and international standards of
auditing. - Carry out functional audit of all NMS
Departments in line with internal Audit Charter and international
Standards of auditing. - Intuitively examine NMS operations to
ensure that all corporation assets are properly recorded and safeguarded
as per NMS financial regulations - Conduct control, risk self assessment in
all departments in NMS as per the NMS risk management strategy and
departmental procedures. - Detect and prevent fraud in NMS as per NMS
fraud policy - Compile and prepare audit reports and
submit to management in line with NMS guidelines - Follow up all recommendations on audit
queries as per the international standards of auditing
Qualifications, Skills and
Experience:
Experience:
- The applicant must possess an Honors
Bachelors Degree in Finance and Accounting or BBA (Finance and Accounting)
or BCOM(Finance/Accounting) - Full professional accounting qualification
of ACCA or CPA - At least three years’ experience in
Internal Audit - Computer literacy skills.
