Job Summary: The Logistics Administration Officer will process back office record keeping, sales records, and office and management.
Key Duties and Responsibilities: 
  • Perform transport and logistics work
  • In charge of all administrate office facilities / Purchase and manage office equipment
  • Manage and file internal documents and mails
  • Technically support and cooperate with other staff in sales
  • Responsible for overall general affairs duties and tasks for the office
  • Responsible for clerical works for transport & logistics
  • Perform any other duties as assigned
Qualifications, Skills and Experience: 
  • The applicant should hold a Diploma/ Degree Business Administration in Logistics, Supply and /or Freight
  • At least a year to two years’ experience in the logistics/ freight/ supply industry in similar capacity
  • Good working knowledge in transport, logistics, freight and supply chain
  • Ability to work under pressure
  • Ability to meet deadlines
  • Good attention to detail, accuracy and proper documentation
  • Good presentation skills
  • Confidentiality and high integrity
  • Ability to work with minimum Supervision
  • Excellent communication skills at all levels, both internally and externally
  • Good business acumen& Time management to meet deadlines
