Job Summary: The Logistics Administration Officer will process back office record keeping, sales records, and office and management.
Key Duties and Responsibilities:
- Perform transport and logistics work
- In charge of all administrate office facilities / Purchase and manage office equipment
- Manage and file internal documents and mails
- Technically support and cooperate with other staff in sales
- Responsible for overall general affairs duties and tasks for the office
- Responsible for clerical works for transport & logistics
- Perform any other duties as assigned
Qualifications, Skills and Experience:
- The applicant should hold a Diploma/ Degree Business Administration in Logistics, Supply and /or Freight
- At least a year to two years’ experience in the logistics/ freight/ supply industry in similar capacity
- Good working knowledge in transport, logistics, freight and supply chain
- Ability to work under pressure
- Ability to meet deadlines
- Good attention to detail, accuracy and proper documentation
- Good presentation skills
- Confidentiality and high integrity
- Ability to work with minimum Supervision
- Excellent communication skills at all levels, both internally and externally
- Good business acumen& Time management to meet deadlines
