control of resources.
Job Summary: The Specialist, Systems Integration will render
support in the integration of new in-house developed solutions into existing
enterprise solutions. The incumbent will also be responsible for testing new
solutions to ensure seamless interface and interoperability with existing
solutions.
Key Duties and Responsibilities: 
·        
Assist
the Manager, Systems Development and Integration in the identification of
enterprise solutions that can be developed in-house.
·        
Assist
in developing project plan for development of new enterprise solutions
in-house, detailing, resources, constraints, timelines, etc.
·        
Actively
participate in the identification of user requirements for new enterprise solutions.
·        
Participate
in the integration of new in-house developed solution into existing enterprise
solutions
·        
Test
new solution to ensure seamless interface and interoperability with existing
solutions.
·        
Assist
in performing acceptance test on new enterprise solution to ensure that both
user requirements, as defined in the requirements documentation, as well as all
privacy, security and other mandated requirements are met.
·        
Assist
in training users on the use of new solution.
·        
Assist
in documenting user manuals/guide and disseminate to end users.
·        
Work
in liaison with Manager, Systems Development and Integration and business teams
for go-live of new solutions.
·        
Attend
team/divisional/departmental meetings as required.
·        
Prepare/compile
agreed periodic activity and performance reports for the attention of the
Manager, Systems Development and Integration.
·        
Perform
any other duties as assigned by the Manager, Systems Development and
Integration.
Qualifications, Skills and Experience: 
·        
The
applicant should hold a first degree or its equivalent in a relevant
discipline.
·        
Two
or more years’ experience in a similar role.
