Key Duties and
Responsibilities:
Responsibilities:
- Draft innovative and tangible investment
plans that maximize the company’s return. - Initiate and identify innovative
investment opportunities and options in line with NIL’S policy. - Offering reliable and timely information,
especially on operational matters, to the C.E.O and the Management
Committee. - Analyzing thoroughly Investment issues
pertaining to real estate Operations. - Analyzing thoroughly key issues pertaining
to NIL’s acquisition and disposal of Physical assets. - Carry out investment analysis appraisals
for proposals submitted to NIL and prepare investment analysis reports. - Monitor the overall investment climate
through research and recommending investment opportunities. - Work closely with and identify investment
partners and meet prospective investors. - Conduct due diligence on real estate
investment proposals.
Qualifications, Skills and
Experience:
Experience:
- The applicant must hold an Honors degree
in Investment Finance, Real Estate Development or other related
Discipline. - At least five years’ executive-level
management experience in a similar line. - Professional expertise, financial
orientation, self starting initiative, organization astuteness and team
spirit. - Possess the ability to select, develop and
motivate necessary talent in his or her department to maintain the
company’s overall objectives - Excellent interpersonal skills such as
leadership, communication, persuasion, motivation, loyalty, and openness. - Must be a professional of unquestionable
integrity, credibility, and character.
Computer Literacy skills
Age: 30-40 years
