• Ensure value for money in all actions
  pertaining to NIL’s acquisition, maintenance, and letting of real estate,
  and disposal of Physical and Intangible Assets.
• Ensure efficient and effective execution
  of all Management Committee Decisions.
• Offering reliable and timely information,
  especially on operational matters, to the Managing Director and the
  Management Committee.
• Analyzing thoroughly key issues pertaining
  to real estate Operations.
• Providing reliable and timely information,
  especially on Procurement Matters, to the appropriate Board Committees,
  the C.E.O and the Management Committee.
• Management of the valuation, letting of
  property and setting rates.
• Working closely with the Legal team to
  ensure that set rates result into contracts of Tenancy.
• Oversight of Property management and
  maintenance.
• Carry out any other related tasks across
  the board.

• The candidate should hold an Honor’s
  degree in Real Estate Management, Civil Engineering or other related Discipline
• Five or more years’ executive-level
  management experience in a similar line.
• Professional expertise, financial
  orientation, self starting initiative, organization astuteness and team
  spirit.
• Possess the ability to select, develop and
  motivate necessary talent in his or her department to maintain the
  company’s overall objectives
• Excellent interpersonal skills such as
  leadership, communication, persuasion, motivation, loyalty, and openness.
• Must be a professional of unquestionable
  integrity, credibility, and character.
• Computer literacy skills
