Job Summary: The jobholder
will provide overall strategic leadership and management of the organisation
and coordinate the operations of the Subsidiary companies so as to ensure the
attainment of the Organization’s strategic plans and the accomplishment of its
mission.

Key Duties and
Responsibilities:
Responsibilities:
- Serve as the Chief Executive Officer of
the Organization. - Initiate the formulation of Organisation’s
strategic plans and policies. - Actively coordinate resource mobilization
strategies. - Manage the establishment of effective
management and operating Systems for the Organisation and its Subsidiary
Companies. - Ensure financial control and appropriate
utilization of financial resources of the Organization in accordance with
the Financial Management Manual. - Perform duties of Company Secretary.
- Compile and submit the Annual Report and
Financial Statements of the Organization to the Board. - Offer technical advice to the Chairperson
and members of the Board. - Promote the Organization’s corporate
image. - Perform any other responsibilities that
may be assigned from time to time.
Qualifications, Skills and
Experience:
Experience:
- The applicant should hold a Bachelor of
Arts or Bachelor of Science Degree - Possess Post graduate training in
Management, Finance and Business Administration is an added advantage. - Relevant work experience of at least five years’
experience of which, three years in senior management position in a
reputable organization.
