Key Duties and Responsibilities:
·
Responsible
for the day to day routine payments from the head office and manage the
Logistical functions of the same.

accurate official records of all financial transactions and payments to and from
the head office.

in charge of petty cash handling and disbursement.

in the procurement function of all projects and user departments including
maintaining a procurement tracking system

the approved procurement guidelines are followed at all the different procurement

Qualifications, Skills and Experience:

candidates should have a business degree in Commerce, Business Administration,

Procurement and Supply Chain Management or any related field from a recognized
institution.

should be computer literate and knowledgeable in Microsoft and some accounting
