Job Summary: The IT Assets and Financial Management will
support in the acquisition, tracking, monitoring and disposal of all IT assets.

Key Duties and Responsibilities:

Work
closely with other user departments to obtain requirements for IT assets.

Support
the Manager, IT Planning and Projects to raise procurement requisitions for IT
assets and obtain approval as required.

Assist
in ensuring that procured assets meet specifications/defined standards.
Assist

Assist
in tagging all IT assets.

Develop
and maintain a database of all IT assets and track additions and replacements.

Liaise
with Finance to provide information on the inventory (value) of all IT Assets
as required

in conducting physical counts/verification of all IT assets.
