(“IT”) consulting market, intends to recruit a dynamic and
results-oriented Business Development Manager for its range of IT consulting
products and services, that will be instrumental for the achievement of their
current five-year Strategic Plan.

results-oriented Business Development Manager for its range of IT consulting
products and services, that will be instrumental for the achievement of their
current five-year Strategic Plan.
Qualifications, Skills and Experience:
- The
applicant must hold a University degree and post graduate qualifications
in any area - A
minimum of five years’ post-qualification consulting experience - The
applicant must have worked for any of the “Big Four” audit
firms, or any of the leading global consulting firms such as McKinsey,
Accenture, BCG, IBM, Bain etc - Practical
experience including experience formulating, designing and implementing a
Sales and Marketing strategy for a consulting firm - The
applicant must also understand what a “fever pitch” is, and have
you prepared one before - Possess
the ability to construct effective and quality business proposals and
budgets in MS Word, PowerPoint, Project Visio and Excel - Possess
demonstrable presentation and selling skills - Significant
experience in consulting product and service pricing and budgeting - The
applicant must have led a professional product team of five or more, for
at least two years. - Skills
in running a Client Relationship Management Programme - The
applicant must also be a self-starter who can demonstrate initiative,
creativeness, vertical thinking, analytical, presentation, communication
and selling skills
