Africa Broadcasting (U) Limited owns and operates NTV the number one TV
station in Uganda.  We are a subsidiary
of the Nation Media Group, which is East & Central Africa’s largest
multi-media group.
Job Summary: The NTV Brand
Executive will implement and support day-to-day brand/marketing activities as
per the organisation’s strategic brand plans.
Key Duties and
Responsibilities: 
  • Implement brand activities in line with the
    brand positioning in order to deliver brand key performance indicators
  • Supervise the market research and track
    viewer behaviors in line
    with the brand
  • Work closely with product and creative
    teams in order to align brand expectations to strategy
  • Manage creative and BTL agencies for
    quality and timely output of agreed assignments
  • Develop and implement marketing
    communications plans
  • Supervise customer engagement plans and
    key client relations
  • Responsible for timely implementation of
    CSR initiatives as per plan
  • Ensure brand guidelines are implemented in
    all activities 
Qualifications, Skills and
Experience: 
  • The applicant should hold a University
    degree (majoring in Marketing)
  • Hold a Diploma in CIM
  • A minimum of two years’ work experience
  • Have a keen sense of responsibility
  • Possess the ability to work independently in
    a fast paced, multi-cultural environment
  • Good knowledge of social media (mandatory)
  • Extensive research knowledge
  • Prior experience with media buying and
    creative management is mandatory
