Job Summary: The Analyst, IT Service Improvement will assist
in the improvement of services provided by the IT division to end-users.

Key Duties and Responsibilities:

Collate
data on IT service trends within the client, compare to benchmarks and
communicate results to the Manager, Quality Management.

a log of all IT related issues and submit to the Manager, Quality Management
periodically.
