Key Duties and Responsibilities: 
  • Actively participate in the definition
    of the National content Plan of the Company and coordinate its
    implementation.
  • Monitor supplier’s commitment and
    achievements in elaboration with the Contracts and Purchasing department.
  • Propose and manage the National content
    budget as well as update management on the national content regulations in
    the Country.
  • Continuously follow up on the National
    content regulations and policies in close collaboration with the legal
    department.
  • Additionally, coordinate national
    content initiatives for local communities in liaison with the Environment
    & Social Affairs department.
Qualifications, Skills and Experience: 
  • The
    Total employee should hold a Bachelors degree in Engineering, Social
    Sciences, Procurement Law or Economics
  • A
    minimum of three to five years’ experience working with National Content
  • Detailed
    knowledge and understanding of national content regulations and
    requirements.
  • Excellent
    understanding of the o3 and gas activities, policies and strategies
  • Good
    negotiation, mediator and presentation skills
  • Computer
    literacy skills i.e. highly proficient in IT
  • Excellent
    communication, interpersonal and organisational sills
