Key Duties and Responsibilities:
- Actively participate in the definition
of the National content Plan of the Company and coordinate its
implementation. - Monitor supplier’s commitment and
achievements in elaboration with the Contracts and Purchasing department. - Propose and manage the National content
budget as well as update management on the national content regulations in
the Country. - Continuously follow up on the National
content regulations and policies in close collaboration with the legal
department. - Additionally, coordinate national
content initiatives for local communities in liaison with the Environment
& Social Affairs department.
Qualifications, Skills and Experience:
- The
Total employee should hold a Bachelors degree in Engineering, Social
Sciences, Procurement Law or Economics - A
minimum of three to five years’ experience working with National Content - Detailed
knowledge and understanding of national content regulations and
requirements. - Excellent
understanding of the o3 and gas activities, policies and strategies - Good
negotiation, mediator and presentation skills - Computer
literacy skills i.e. highly proficient in IT - Excellent
communication, interpersonal and organisational sills
