Key Duties and Responsibilities: 
  • Monitor
    the maintenance of the Company’s residences, offices, and storage
    facilities.
  • Follow
    up on the Bills of Quantities (BOQs) from the contractors and supervise
    contractual works.
  • Monitor
    and follow up on lease contractual agreements and maintenance contracts.
  • Ensure
    that Company facilities (leased accommodation, offices etc) comply with
    the Company’s Health Safety and Security requirements and that contractors
    conducting maintenance works meet the required safety standards.
  • Monitor
    and analyze costs and expenditure for maintenance, housing and general
    office works whilst ensuring compliance with budget estimates.
Qualifications, Skills and Experience: 
  • The
    applicant should possess a Bachelor’s degree in Civil or Construction
    Engineering
  • Past
    exposure and experience in housing and building maintenance
  • Working
    knowledge in preparation of BOQs and experience in working with
    contractors,
  • Excellent
    communication, numeracy and analytical skills
  • Possess
    the ability to work under pressure and minimal supervision
  • Good
    understating of Health and Safety requirements
