Manager for NSSF will primarily execute the business growth and customer
retention strategy of the fund through growing membership and contributions
while minimizing defaulting in a liberalized environment.
Responsibilities:
- Execute
a strategy for business retention and growth - Implement
a strategy for compliance and enforcement - Supervise
and monitor the capture of received contribution data at all NSSF office - Manage
and monitor the registration of new employers and employees - Take
lead in the identification of staffing gaps and recommend training needs
for staff under the Contributions section and Branch offices - Formulate
annual performance work plans for the entire section and monitor staff to
help them in achieving objectives
Experience:
- The
candidate should possess a Bachelor’s degree in Social Sciences, Business
or Commerce. - Possession of a post graduate qualification and / or training in Business and
Strategic Management or an MBA would be an added advantage. - A minimum of eight years’ experience in executing sales work, 3 of which must have
been at the level of a Senior Sales Manager. - Detailed
knowledge, skills, understanding and experience in sales and mastering
products and services in a retirement benefits sector and social
security regulations management and enforcement work would be an added
advantage. - Strong
