responsible for providing Library services for Mug staff and student clientele,
ensuring that Library functions run smoothly, materials are current,
accessible, and available to students and other Library users. He/she will also
provide administrative support to the training department for the smooth
running of training activities.
Experience:
- The applicant should hold a Bachelors
Degree in Library and information science - A minimum of two years’ experience in
library services. - The candidate must have experience working
in Institutions of higher learning and the ability to operate an
E-Library. - Good communication
and interpersonal skills. - Computer literacy skills i.e. Proficiency
in various MS office packages - Working knowledge of English and local
language(s) are crucial. - Hard working, trust-worthy, and holding
the highest levels of integrity and confidentiality. - Must be flexible, reliable
- Evidence of non-judgemental approach
