Duties and Responsibilities: 
The Human Resource Manager will;
  • Oversee the process of selection, recruitment, orienting/
    Induction, training and coaching.
  • Plan career development activities, skills gap analysis
    and training.
  • Develop and Implement performance measurement tools.
    Ensure Appraisals are carried out bi- annually.
  • Active Leadership management and Feedback planning through
    Employee opinion Survey.
  • Perform any other duties as may be assigned from time to
    time.
Qualifications, Skills and Experience: 
  • The applicant must be a mature individual with not less
    than three to five years relevant experience preferably in a similar
    Church setting.
  • Past exposure and experience in management Change and
    Transformation will be an added advantage
  • The applicant must also hold a University Degree in Human
    Resource
  • Possess excellent presentation skills and organization
    Skills
  • Excellent Communication skills, spoken and written
  • Strong Team Player
  • Possess the ability Build and maintain strong relationship
  • The Applicant must be a committed Born again Christian
