Title: Human Resource Manager

Duties and Responsibilities: The Human Resource Manager will;
- Oversee the process of selection, recruitment, orienting/
Induction, training and coaching. - Plan career development activities, skills gap analysis
and training. - Develop and Implement performance measurement tools.
Ensure Appraisals are carried out bi- annually. - Active Leadership management and Feedback planning through
Employee opinion Survey. - Perform any other duties as may be assigned from time to
time.
- The applicant must be a mature individual with not less
than three to five years relevant experience preferably in a similar
Church setting. - Past exposure and experience in management Change and
Transformation will be an added advantage - The applicant must also hold a University Degree in Human
Resource - Possess excellent presentation skills and organization
Skills - Excellent Communication skills, spoken and written
- Strong Team Player
- Possess the ability Build and maintain strong relationship
- The Applicant must be a committed Born again Christian
