About GHU:
Global Health Uganda (GHU) is a registered not for profit, limited
liability company involved in facilitating collaborative research especially in
the area of brain injury and neurodevelopment. The organization subcontracts
and manages research grants. GHU is looking for suitably qualified staff for
its new project entitled ‘Transfusion and Treatment of severe Anaemia in African
Children: a randomized controlled trial (TRACT)’ (the “Project”).
Key Duties and Responsibilities:
 
  • Entering study data from different data
    sources.
  • Responsible for performing weekly data
    backup for all study data.
  • Perform any other duties as assigned by
    the supervisors. 
Qualifications, Skills and
Experience:  
  • The applicant must hold a Diploma in a
    relevant discipline
  • Excellent computer knowledge
  • Good Data Entry Skills
  • Keen eye for Detail
  • High degree of confidentiality
  • Exhibit thoroughness and a
  • High Energy Level
  • Prior research experience will be an added
    advantage
