Job Summary: The Cost Accountant will be
responsible for the preparation, uploading and checking for the estimated costs
and to run the actual cost vs. estimated cost reports.

- Strategy Formulation.
- Organization Development.
- Actively participates and recommends
solutions according to the business needs Responsible for Compensation and
Benefits. - In charge of Workforce planning.
- Responsible for performance
Management. - Daily allocates the costs to the
specific calls or products. . - Prepares the estimated costs and
updates them after the line manager’s approval. - Runs the reports actual vs estimates.
- Employee Relations.
- Training & Development.
- Recruitment.
- Policies & Procedures.
Qualifications,
Skills and Experience:
Skills and Experience:
- The applicant should hold a good University
Degree - Accuracy & discipline in work.
- Proven ability to meet deadlines.
- Past experience (indicate depth &
breadth) - At least a year’s experience in cost
accounting
