Banking Careers – Off Site ATM Field Administrator at Barclays

Job Summary: The Off
Site ATM Field Administrator will be in charge of managing the offsite ATM
operations to ensure they are up and running 24 hrs.
                                                       
                     
Key Duties and
Responsibilities: 
1. ATM Administration: 70%
  • Ensure cash replenishment and consumables
    for all the offsite machines are done in an effective and efficient
    manner.
  • Conduct first line maintenance as per
    business requirement.
  • Ensure that all the offsite control
    operations are carried out as per policy, process and procedure.
  • Ensure that fault resolution is carried
    within the required time
  • Ensure routine maintenance is carried out
    as per business requirement.
  • Ensure availability for work on weekdays,
    weekends and public holidays with in the official working hours.
2. Records and Control: 20%
  • Ensure proper record keeping of all the
    operational copies of paper work.
  • Ensure posting of daily entries before
    field work activity.
3. Customer Service: 10% Ensure efficient response and
escalation of customer complaints with the support of the back office in ATM
Operations.
Qualifications, Skills and
Experience: 
  • At least a year’s experience in banking.
  • In depth understanding of the ATM
    Operation.
  • General controls around management of ATM
    Operations.
  • Possess a high level of personal integrity
  • A graduate will be highly preferred
  • Working knowledge of the FCR and FCC
    system.
  • Competency in ATM Custody Operations
  • Knowledge of the Cash replenishment
    process
  • Acquainted with Key holder
    responsibilities
  • Possess good driving skills with a valid
    permit
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Excellent customer service skills
