Key Duties and Responsibilities:
- Responsible to support all related planning and
optimization tasks for WCDMA network. - Offer analysis of KPIs and perform problem investigation
to improve network quality issues. - Support the customer VIP problem investigation.
- Actively co-ordinate planning and optimization tasks
between internal NSN and customer. - Technically support customer for troubleshooting and
network performance improvement activities. - Require familiarity with MapInfo , Nemo Outdoor, TEMS measurement tool and Actix Analyzer post
analysis tool - Offer analysis of neighbor relations and follow up
implementation of corrections. - Assist network rehoming tasks, drive test routes and
define field measurement requirements. - Complete KPI reporting and performance review reports for
rollout tasks (e.g. network upgrade or new feature enabling). - Assist Special Event planning and provide remote and/or
on-site support. - Assist to review partner reports for UMTS, HSPA+ Cluster
optimization and Acceptance. - Assist to review partner reports for weekly, bi-weekly
& monthly optimization. - Support implementation of new RAN features, and tuning of
RAN database parameters.
Qualifications, Skills and Experience:
- The applicant must have at least five years’ experience in
Radio WCDMA optimization experiences. - Good knowledge and understanding with 3G planning and
optimization techniques for troubleshooting and improving of KPIs. - Competent in analysis of neighbor relations and implementation
of corrections. - Competency in creation and modification of XML files
- Require familiarity with MapInfo, Nemo Outdoor measurement
tool and Actix Analyzer post analysis tool. - Prior experience in 2G & 3G technologies.
- Preferred to understand & experience in NSN RAN
parameters and KPIs. - Required to operate in compliance with the processes,
methods and tools linked to the role - Possesses service excellence awareness.
- High team spirit and good interpersonal communication
skills.
