Key Duties and Responsibilities:
- Oversee
Total’s cost control, budget reporting and joint ventures team. - Prepare
and coordinate budgets, participate in budget presentation and reporting
to partners, head office and authorities. - In
addition, promote awareness on cost management in the subsidiary. - Manage
all cost control and Sarbanes Oxley activities.
Qualifications, Skills and Experience:
- The
candidate should possess a good Bachelor’s degree in Finance or
Accounting. - At
least seven years’ professional experience in budgeting and cost control
in the oil and gas upstream sector. - Excellent
managerial skills - Detailed
knowledge of SAP. - Excellent
numerical and analytical skills. - High
IT proficiency particularly in advanced Microsoft excel.
