Key Duties and Responsibilities:
- Oversee
the supply chain process for all service contracts in close collaboration
with technical entities. - Responsible
for organizing and attending contract committee meetings. - Ensure
that contractual documents comply with the Company’s ethics, standards and
procedures. - Actively
participate in the negotiation and analysis of commercial and contractual
bids and monitor the status of on-going contracts. - In
addition, ensure compliance to Health, Safety and Environment guidelines
in the contract process.
Qualifications, Skills and Experience:
- The
applicant must possess a good bachelor’s degree in Business Administration
or Engineering. - At
least three years’ experience in contracts and procurement. - Detailed
knowledge and understanding of the contract terms and conditions and
associated risks. - Excellent
negotiation and organisational skills. - Excellent
numerical and analytical skills
