- Accomplishes Marketing and Sales HR objectives by spearheading the recruiting, selecting, orienting, training and coaching sales personnel. In addition to communicating Job expectations, appraising and reviewing job contributions.
- Work closely and monitor progress and expedite responses to inquiries and monitor inquiry conversion rates.
- Work in close liaison with sales team members in order to work as a team and achieve targets.
- Identify marketing opportunities by identifying consumer requirements, defining the market, evaluate and monitor competitors’ share, document competitors’ strengths and weaknesses and establish targeted market share.
- Maintain Constant touch and rapport with Company clients by paying periodic visits and understand/anticipate their needs clearly.
- Enhance sales figures, while analyzing conformation to budgetary requirements.
- Improve product marketability and profitability by researching, Identifying and capitalizing on market opportunities; provide input for product packaging improvement and product development.
- Promoting/arranging promotional events such as trade fairs, attended by key clients intended to enhance the company’s reputation and secure future business and interest in the company.
- Ability to initiate changes and update content of the website to meet expected standards.
- The ideal candidate should hold a good bachelors in Business Management, Marketing, Bachelors of Business Administration(marketing) with demonstrated ability in sales and marketing techniques.
- Chartered Institute of Marketing (CIM) Qualification will be an added advantage
- Past exposure and experience with sale of building materials would be an added advantage.
- A minimum of four years’ experience in sales and marketing.
- Basic working knowledge of Financial management.
- Possess the ability to communicate orally and in written form with customers and company management.
- Demonstrate ability to anticipate and solve practical problems and resolve issues.
- Attached copies of all academic qualifications (transcripts and certificates);
