- The ideal candidate
should hold a Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or related
course from a recognized institution of higher learning. - Should have worked in a
large factory set up. - Good working knowledge
and understanding of various soft commodities namely – coffee, cocoa &
sesame is an added advantage. - Past exposure and
experience in installation/erection of Machines. - Good knowledge and
understanding of project planning management and implementation is an
added advantage. - The person having
competence in electrical, compressor and Generator installation. - Being adept to Health and
Safety issues at the work place. - Preventive plant/factory
maintenance. - The person will be
handling mechanical breakdown. - Having had experience in
supervising and managing workers in Shifts. - Having had experience in supervising
and managing technical workforce. - Having worked in a
multi-cultural environment. - Past exposure and
experience in Coffee operations will be an added advantage.
