on efficient client service delivery.
Imperial Bank has also been on an aggressive expansion strategy as is
witnessed with the opening of the Uganda subsidiary in February this year. The bank which has 16 branches in Kenya has
just opened its 2nd branch in Kampala at the Mukwano mall on Kyaggwe road.
Relationship Manager will be responsible for the growth of the Bank’s books and
maximise profitability by marketing the Bank’s lending products to Corporate
clients. This will involve ascertaining minimal risk exposure for the Bank and
maintaining customer satisfaction through professioifal relationship building.
Experience:
- The ideal candidate
should preferably hold a Bachelor’s degree in a business related course
e.g. Economics, Commerce, Finance, Marketing and Business Administration. - Basic credit analysis
and marketing qualifications. - Attained Professional
training in banking. - The candidate must
possess at least five years relationship experience with banking clients,
two of which should have been spent in a supervisory role. - Detailed knowledge of
various functions within the Bank set up and also the Bank Products within
the various functions i.e. Operations, Credit, Treasury and Asset Finance,
etc. - Be an excellent team
player. - Excellent
communication (oral and written), interpersonal and negotiation skills.
